C2U Solutions was founded by Nathan Hyams, whose decades-long experience in the Community Services Sector shaped his vision for a business rooted in integrity and purpose. After more than 20 years of working tirelessly to support others—often without recognition or understanding—Nathan realized it was time to build something lasting.
"I grew tired of long hours, weekends spent working, and the lack of appreciation for the dedication it takes to help others. But rather than stepping away, I decided to create something that would allow me to continue making an impact—on my terms, with my values at the core."

In October 2024, Nathan fully committed himself to building C2U Solutions—through challenges, through personal battles—never losing sight of the legacy he wants to leave behind. A business shaped by family, community, and resilience, one day to be entrusted to the next generation, ensuring its mission continues.
